ROSAMOND, Calif. - Willow Springs Motorcycle Club (WSMC) announced today that they have selected Zoomius Inc as the provider of software systems to handle entries, registration, pre-race and post-race activities.
The Zoomius race entry system, with its exclusive Track Intelligence platform, is designed to allow racers to pre-enter for race events with just a few clicks of the mouse. A built-in artificial intelligence system initially guides racers through an interview process to determine the classes for which each of the racer's motorcycles are legal according to the WSMC rulebook.
Once each motorcycle has been classified, every entry after that for the life of the motorcycle involves just a few clicks and the racers can create, change and delete their entries themselves right up until the pre-entry deadline.
On the administration side, the WSMC staff see entries in real time and can make changes on the fly to accommodate the volume of entries in each class. The system even streamlines the registration process on race day to just a scan of a barcode.
"The Zoomius system is incredible," said David McClelland, General Manager of WSMC. "It has streamlined our entire operation. Processing entries used to take days. Now it's a process that takes minutes. It used to take me over an hour just to create the grids on raceday, now it takes less than five minutes. Everything is faster and smoother."

Track Intelligence enabled WSMC to move its information online and provides staff and racers access to entire laptime charts, entry and results both past and present all through a web browser and in a blink of the eye.

WSMC and Zoomius are now in the process of migrating the entire WSMC website over to the Track Intelligence platform, which will take advantage of the platform's advanced content management and publishing system.
